Neelam (Sangita) and her daughter Nazia rent a flat next to a building where a woman was killed. Their only friend is their neighbour Gopi (Thiruveer), who works with computers. He likes a girl at his work; her name is Mini. Neelam is separated from her mean ex-husband, Abdul, but still pays him to stay away. Suddenly, Nazia starts acting weird, so Neelam and Gopi get worried. Gopi thinks a ghost has taken over Nazia. They take Nazia to a doctor who checks her, but the doctor says she's okay. Neelam and Gopi meet Alauddin. Alauddin gives a special charm to Nazia, promising it will protect her. One day, when Nazia's teacher teases her about the charm, Nazia throws the charm away. After that, she gets even worse. A man named Mir, who has been watching Nazia and Abdul, touches Nazia's hand and sees scary things that make him sick and meets with an accident. The person who owns Neelam and Gopi's building sees Nazia eating rubbish and acting like a ghost, which scares him. Neelam is very sad about her daughter and takes her to a hospital with Gopi's help. Gopi brings Alauddin to give Nazia another charm. But Nazia acts wild and tries to stop Alauddin. He tells them they should meet Rizwan. The hospital doctors want to give Nazia electric shock therapy, but Neelam doesn't want that and takes her daughter to Rizwan. Rizwan says they need to do a special ceremony for Nazia, and they need a male family member. He tells Neelam and Gopi that a ghost is trying to take over Nazia.
