In a small village, a sheep named Ram (voiced by Tharun Bhascker), also called Yesu, dreams of reaching a beautiful green meadow he sees from a hilltop. To avoid being sacrificed in a ritual, Ram escapes his village. His journey is rough, as he gets caught in fights between Hindu and Muslim groups over religion and politics. Ram is captured and imprisoned. There, he meets Ravi (Suhas), another prisoner who is jailed for killing the person who murdered his wife. Their unexpected friendship becomes the most critical part of the story. Ram's presence causes riots in the village. Ravi, wanting to make up for his past, becomes determined to free the sheep. The story uses sharp humour to show how media creates hype and how politicians manipulate people. Ravi's past story reveals his anger driven by grief, while Ram's journey represents being different and searching for freedom. The village's chaos, made worse by scheming leaders and strong religious feelings, makes their escape difficult. The story builds to a tense ending as Ravi and Ram face many secret plots, mixing comedy and drama. Can Ravi clear his name and help Ram reach the meadow? Can Ram escape the village's divisive traps?
