The Company may collect certain information including your personal information, which means data about
you which you provide to the Company as part of your usage of the Services (“Personal Information”),

Information
that they independently collect from such streaming devices. You should carefully read the privacy notice and
policies of these streaming devices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties,

the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
4. HOW THE COMPANY COLLECTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

5. THIRD PARTY GATEWAY PAYMENT GATEWAY – FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Platform uses third party gateways to process payments made on the Platform. The third party payment
gateway service providers would require certain financial information including your credit card / debit card /
mobile telephony operator account / other banking information. Other than providing a confirmation upon
receipt of payment against a membership account, Arha disclaims any and all liabilities in relation to your
payment processing by such third party payment gateway service provider and the collection and processing of
any information provided to the third party payment gateway service provider. While using such payment
gateways to make payments to Arha, you will be required to accept the terms of use and privacy policies of such
payment gateway service providers. We request you to please make yourself familiar with the terms of use and
privacy policies of your respective payment gateway service provider before using such service. You agree and
acknowledge that Arha shall not be liable and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to online fraud. You
can
file / lodge any complaint with such payment gateways directly with the concerned third party payment gateway
provider for redressal. Arha advises you to be careful about phishing emails and advises you to be cognizant of
the fact that identity theft can be committed through e-mail or other means, such as regular mail, fax or
telephone
by phishing. Phishing is when you receive authentic-looking messages, but in reality it is sent by imposters
using similar looking email addresses to obtain Personal Information especially personally sensitive data such
as financial information. Please remember that none of the payment gateways on the Platform send e-mails that
ask for unsolicited confidential information such as personally sensitive financial information by email and do
not conduct or approve financial transactions over email.
6. PURPOSE / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We only collect and process Personal Information about You where we have lawful basis to do so. Our primary
purpose in collecting your information, including Personal Information from You is to deliver the personalized
Arha Platform and its various features. Please note that should You choose to not provide us consent to collect
your information, including Personal Information, we may not be able to perform the contract with you. Where
we refer to 'perform the contract' we mean the Terms of Use applicable to your use of the Arha Platform Service,
which means that you may either not be able to access certain features of the Arha Platform Service or we may
not be able to provide you the Arha Platform Service in entirety. The collected information, including Personal
Information, will be used for the following purposes:
- To inform, engage and entertain you via Arha’s services and the content only.
- To be used strictly for the business purpose of Arha, with no other information being shared with any third
party (except as explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy). For instance, collected information will be used to
analyze the behavior or historical patterns of the usage to gauge the user’s interests in various content
available on the platform.
- Keeping the user informed about Arha’s services and other relevant products and advertisements, and the modes
of communicating with the user may extend to email campaigns, social media targeting or engagement platforms,
in-app or push app notifications, electronic messages, etc.
- To ensure your compliance with our Terms of Use, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- To verify your accounts and activity, to protect you from any suspicious or fraudulent activity by necessary
monitoring, and to identify violations of Arha’s policies and the law.
- To provide you a better quality of service and analyze your interests to give you preferable and
recommendation-based services as per your likings.
- To notify you about our updated offers and services via in-app notifications, push notifications and emails
and newsletter.
- To analyze user preferences and send notification of any products or advertisements of third party which can
be of your interest and as per your preference(s).
- To serve relevant products and advertisements based on user consent and preference(s).
- To deliver targeted advertisements, promotions, and offers on behalf of ourselves and our advertising
partners, both on and off our Services. You may opt out of receiving such targeted content.
- To improve our Services and add new features.
- To deliver targeted Content based on your behavior on our Services.
- To respond to your queries, complaints, and feedback.
- To publish aggregated, non-personal information in the form of reports, blogs, or analysis that reflect the
performance, reach, or impact of our Services.
- To enhance or deliver our Services using artificial intelligence technologies or platforms.
- Any other uses as may be informed to you by the Company either through the Platform or through any other form
of personal communication.
7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

your Personal Information to Arha affiliated companies or service providers or such third-party
recipients in locations around the world. Wherever your Personal Information is transferred, stored or
processed by us or our affiliates or service providers, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the
privacy of your Personal Information.

8. INFORMATION STORAGE / DATA RETENTION
We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary for providing you the services and as per the lawful

- You shall have the right to approach and make a complaint to the Data Protection Board in the manner as
specified under the DPDP Act or subsequent rules (as and when notified by the central government). However, this
right should be only exercised after exercising your right of grievance redressal with the Company.
- You shall have the right to nominate, in such manner as may be prescribed, any other individual, who shall, in
the event of death or incapacity exercise your rights in accordance with DPDP Act and the rules made thereunder.
- You have additional rights in relation to the Personal Information we hold about you if you are European Union
citizen or a user sharing data directly from the European Union. These rights include:
- The right to access the information we hold about you, and to obtain details of processing;
- The right to withdraw your consent to our continued processing of the information, at any point of time,
subject only to any legitimate reason for continued processing in certain circumstances;
- The right to edit your account information and preferences available with us;
- The right to seek from us your Personal Information to be provided to another company;
- The right to erasure of any Personal Information that we process, in certain circumstances, to the extent
permissible in applicable law, and feasible; and,
- The right to move your information to another service provider, in a compatible format. This will only
cover such information which we have received from you.
10. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
- We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security
measures to help protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or
alteration. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls and data encryption,
and information access controls. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate
to the risks of processing your Personal Information. We, as well as third parties obtaining your
information, are committed to ensuring that your personal information is protected and secure with us.
In order to prevent unauthorized access or divulgence of your personal information, we, as well as third
parties obtaining your information, have put in place suitable technical and organizational measures

information we collect from You.
- If applicable by law, we perform periodical “Data Protection Impact Assessment” to identify risks to
user information and “Data Protection Compliance Reviews” to ensure those risks are addressed.
- All the Information we collect from you is in encrypted form by Secure Server Software (SSL) before
it is sent to Arha, and from Arha to other third parties.
- Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to us. Safeguarding
information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not at any time
request your details of credit card, or debit card, PIN in a non-secure, or unsolicited e-mail, or telephone
communication.
- We use support services of third-party platforms and/or companies to direct you to payment gateways
when you opt to pay for our Services. Your financial information is collected, stored and retained by
such third-party platforms. We and such third-party platforms undertake measures designed to provide
a security level that is appropriate to the risks of processing your personal information. However, you
are requested to check and consent to the “Privacy Policy” of such third-party platforms in order to
accept how such third-party platforms handle your information.
- We shall notify you in case of any security breach of Personal Information that affects You in the form
and manner as prescribed under the DPDP Act, and its subsequent rules (as and when notified by the
central government). We endeavour to comply with applicable norms and have a number of security
measures to ensure there is no loss, misuse, or illegal alteration of Personal Information collected from
its users. Personal Information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard,
industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices for protecting your Personal Information.
However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor
can we guarantee that Personal Information or any other information you supply won't be intercepted
while being transmitted to us over the internet or wireless communication and any Personal Information
or other information you transmit to the Company, you do at your own risk. If, despite our best efforts,
an unauthorised breach of our security measures occurs, resulting in the unauthorised access,
duplication, removal or alteration of any your Personal Information or any other information, We, our
directors, officers, employees, promoters, or affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting
from such breach. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge
that:

- the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you
and us through this Platform cannot be guaranteed.
11. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Company’s Services may link to third-party websites and services that are outside its control. The Company
is not responsible for the security or privacy of any Personal Information collected by other websites or other
services. You should exercise caution, and review the privacy statements applicable to the third-party websites
and services you use. We engage certain third party service providers to provide services, including without
limitation for processing payment transactions, (“Service Providers”) and such Service Providers
may have
access to Your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information, in the course of providing such services.
You are bound by the privacy policy of these Service Providers in connection with their use of your Personal
Information while they provide their services.
12. DATA TRANSFER
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in India or any other country, unless restricted by the
Central Government under the DPDP Act, or subsequent rules (as and when notified by the central government),
in which We or our subsidiaries, affiliates, or products or service providers maintain facilities. We may
transfer
information that we collect about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third
parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the
world.
These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country and, in some
cases, may not be as protective.
13. USER DUTIES
Users must act responsibly and comply with the following duties, in addition to any other duties it may have
under applicable laws of the applicable jurisdiction:
- Comply with the provisions of all applicable laws for the time being in force while exercising rights
under the provision of DPDP Act.

Ensure not to suppress any material information while providing Personal Information for any
document, unique identifier, proof of identity or proof of address issued by the State or any of its
instrumentalities.

Ensure not to register a false or frivolous grievance or complaint with the Company or the Board.

Furnish only such information as is verifiably authentic, while exercising the right to correction or
erasure under the provisions of DPDP Act or the rules made thereunder.
14. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
User may access or modify its Personal Information by signing on to the Platform if they are registered users.
The Company will not modify the information provided by any user. It is pertinent to mention that the Company
gives the right as contemplated in this Privacy Policy only in the instance where there is an option for
registration. However, you must update your Personal Information as soon as such changes are necessitated.
Upon user request, the Company will close its account and remove user’s Personal Information from view as
soon as reasonably possible, based on users account activity and in accordance with applicable law(s).
15. LEGITIMATE USES
The Company will retain the required Personal Information from closed accounts to comply with law,
avoid/check illegal and/or potentially prohibited activities and to enforce User Agreements; Comply with any
court judgment / decree / order / directive / legal & government authority /applicable law; Investigate
potential
violations or applicable national & international laws; Investigate deliberate damage to the Platform/Services
or its legitimate operation; Detect, prevent, or otherwise address security and/or technical issues; safeguard
the
rights, property or safety of the Company and/or its Directors, employees and the general public at large;
Respond to Claims of third parties; and take such other actions as may be permitted by law.
It is hereby informed to you, and you hereby agree that, no consent is required for the processing of any
Personal
Information which is processed, however, we may give notice of use in such situations for individuals residing
outside India (save and except European Union citizens or Users whose data is received directly from European
Union), wherein the notice shall be served in the manner decided by the Company:

for necessary purpose of research, archiving or statistical purposes if the Personal Information is not to
be used to take any decision specific to a Data Principal and such processing;
- for enforcing any legal right or claim;
- in the interest of prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of any offence or contravention of

16. SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
Company makes no representation that materials on this Platform are appropriate or available for use in
locations outside India. Those who choose to access this Platform from other locations do so on their own
initiative and at their own risk. If you choose to access this Platform from outside India, or as a citizen of
any
other countries, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction, including but not
limited
to, the taxation of products purchased over the internet. Any offer for any Content or Service, and/or
information
made in connection with this Platform, is void where prohibited. You may not use any Content or Services if
you are the subject of Indian sanctions or of sanctions consistent with Indian law imposed by the governments
of the country where you are using the Platform, Content or Services. You must comply with all Indian or other
export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software, technology, and services.
17. COOKIE POLICY, PIXELS AND TRACKING
Cookies are small text files which contain a small amount of information that is downloaded to user’s computer
or mobile device when users visit a website. When users visit the website again, or visit partner website which
recognises that cookie, user’s device is able to communicate with the website and the website can read the

ARHA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Privacy
Policy in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective when posted. You agree
to review the Privacy Policy periodically to become aware of any changes. The use of the Platform including
but limited to the application after any changes to the Privacy Policy are posted will be considered acceptance
of those changes by you and will constitute your agreement to be bound thereby. If you object to any such
changes, your sole recourse will be to stop using the Platform.
