Subash moves to Chennai and he lucks out with a cozy home owned by Janaki Amma. His childhood buddy Saravanan and the ever-restless friend Krishna are introduced. They are fun, warm and yet crazy. The boys fall in love with the terrace. Meanwhile, Mira and her friends are brewing a bold startup idea.

Subash wakes up one morning to find a girl on his terrace. She is Tanya, Janaki Amma’s niece. Tanya openly flirts with him while he panics. Subash, Tanya and his gang of friends come together to create memories filled with laughter, love and fun.

As Subash kick-starts his career, he starts making new friends. He stumbles upon a surprising other side of Janaki Amma. As life starts to settle, trouble comes knocking on the doors through Krishna.

Krishna brings a beautiful girl he picked up during his bike taxi ride to Subash’s place. Subash, caught off guard, panics about the entire situation. Krishna returns to his wife, leaving the girl to spend the night at Subash’s place. The next morning, as Subash discreetly sneaks her out, Mira happens to witness it. Jumping to conclusions, she assumes Subash is a player who frequently brings girls home. Later, Janaki Amma announces her upcoming trip to the USA to visit her sons. Taking advantage of the situation, Tanya seizes the opportunity to tease Subash.

Subash and the gang begin preparing Janaki Amma for her first ever international trip. They take her shopping and even coach her on navigating airport procedures. Meanwhile, Mira warns Tanya to stay away from Subash, calling him a red flag. Mira and Subash bicker like cats and dogs over Mira’s coffee shop on the terrace. As Janaki Amma’s departure nears, emotions run high. The entire gang grows sentimental, realizing how much they will miss her.

Tanya effortlessly inserts herself into Subash’s day, following him everywhere like a shadow. She creates chaos by talking nonstop, interrupting his routine and turning every moment into a spectacle. By the time he drops her at the bus stand, Subash is more than relieved. She asks him for a goodbye kiss, and Subash reveals that he already has a girl. A disappointed, teary-eyed Tanya boards the bus and leaves.

Subash, Krishna and Saravanan have a conversation in the terrace one night. Drinks flow and soon their conversation spirals into a hilariously chaotic, no-filter boys’ talk. Krishna takes them meet a so-called “immortal” astrologer, an eccentric man who claims he’s lived for 600 years by surviving solely on air as his food. And there is a lot of fun drama that follows.

Mira and her gang barge into Subash’s terrace at the crack of dawn, disturbing his sleep and ends up getting scolded. But when night falls, they turn the terrace into a cosy, discussion-filled strategy hub, much to Subash’s irritation. He calls in reinforcements, Krishna and Saravanan. They arrive at the terrace, kicking off a chaotic, laughter-filled night that ends in a happy morning hangover for every one of them.

Mira and her gang embark on a café-hopping adventure, tasting treats and gathering ideas for their dream café. With Janaki Amma’s home now their HQ, they slowly take over, leaving Subash in chaos. Monty swipes Saravanan and Subash’s food order, leading to a hilarious showdown. But amidst the madness, a late-night encounter with a creepy admirer leaves Mira shaken, grabbing onto Subash for help. As the two walk home together, Subash can’t shake the feeling of The moment they had experienced. He smiles.
