The story of Vivekanandan Viral follows Vivekanandan (Shine Tom Chacko), a government employee. He maintains a "lovable" image in his home town while he leads a different life in the city. He is married to Sithara (Swasika Vijay) but also shares a live-in relationship with Diana (Grace Antony). The core of the film addresses the serious and often undiscussed issue of marital rape and the importance of consent. Vivekanandan's narcissistic and predatory behaviour eventually pushes the women in his life to their breaking point. Instead of suffering in silence, Sithara and Diana who were previously unaware of each other team up with a bold vlogger friend, Aisha (Mareena Michael), to expose him. Their plan to humiliate him and demand justice goes viral on social media. As the story unfolds, several other characters surrounding Vivekanandan become involved in the events. Friends, family members, and officials react to the situation in different ways. Their responses add both tension and moments of dark humour to the plot. The film uses satire to explore how the internet can be used as a tool in such cases. The other actors in the movie are Ansha Mohan, Parvathi Satheesan, Manju Pillai, Sarath Sabha, and Johny Antony.
