Shiva and Deva are identical twins. The elder, Deva, is deaf and mute; but he is an expert in lip reading, and heads a successful advertising company. Shiva loves and trusts his brother. Shiva falls in love with Priya. After funny and heart touching series of incidents, Priya reciprocates his love. Meanwhile, Deva grows fond of Priya. His obsession continues even after his brother marries her and he finds various ways to get closer to Priya and keep Shiva and her away. Priya soon realizes Deva's intentions towards her, but Shiva refuses to believe her. He even goes so far as to take Priya to a psychiatrist. To get over it, Shiva and Priya go on a long-delayed honeymoon, but Deva arrives there. Shiva sees Deva touching Priya’s clothes and kissing her photo, and realizes that Priya was right. Deva beats Shiva, packs him in a gunny bag, and throws him into a lorry. Deva tries to seduce Priya by dressing up as Shiva. Shiva calls her to warn about Deva, but Deva picks up the call.
