The hero cum director of this film, Sampath Kumar plays the role of Shiva, lives a jolly life with his friends by committing petty thefts in a village in the Telangana region. In this process, a bad boy named Mallanna assigns Shiva the responsibility of digging a mine. During the excavations, a box with an idol of Shiva is found. There is also a small bottle of drink in that box, called as Surapanam. Shiva drinks the liquid in the bottle. Once, Shiva drinks the liquid, ‘surapanam’ from the bottle he found, a complete change of behaviour is observed in him. Due to the changes that occur in his body, Shiva loses the idol of Shiva.
