Shakthi (N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) is a fun-loving tourist guide in Jaipur. He meets Aishwarya (Ileana D’Cruz), the daughter of a politician. She's on a trip. She initially dislikes his attitude, but they grow close after he saves her from gangsters. Unbeknownst to them, Aishwarya carries a magical gem tied to the ancient Shakti Peethams, sought by Faqtooni (Pooja Bedi), the wife of an Egyptian king, Mukhtar (Jackie Shroff). Faqtooni sends her son, Bashim (Vidyut Jammwal), to India to get it back for revenge. Shakthi, secretly, a covert agent, discovers the gem’s power and his own past. His father and mother are linked to a sacred mission to protect it. As Shakthi and Aishwarya travel across India, visiting holy sites, they are chased by Faqtooni’s men, including the fierce Mukhtar (Sonu Sood). Shakthi’s friend Satya helps them escape danger. The gem holds secrets to a divine weapon, and Shakthi learns that his family’s enemy killed his father. Shakthi fights off those who attack him in deserts and temples, using his wit and combat skills. He faces Rudra, a mythical warrior, in a fantasy realm, unlocking the gem’s true power. In the end, Shakthi defeats Faqtooni and Bashim, avenges his father, and protects the sacred gem. He and Aishwarya confess their love, blending their modern romance with his ancient duty.
