RX 100 is a Telugu romantic thriller that narrates the story of a kind man, Siva who is in love with Indu, the daughter of a powerful man named Viswanatham. Their love struggles when Indu tells Siva that her father has arranged her marriage to a wealthy man named Mahesh. Indu asks Siva to wait while she tries to convince her father to change his mind. To protect their love, Siva seeks help from his father, known as Daddy. Sadly, on the way to talk to Viswanatham, Daddy has an accident and is taken to the hospital. Without support, Siva cannot stop Viswanatham from going ahead with the marriage plans, sending Indu to the USA right after the wedding. Siva is heartbroken and angry. He damages Viswanatham’s property and sees a chance to face the situation when he finds out that Indu is back. As tensions rise, Siva discovers shocking truths about Indu’s true feelings and her manipulative behaviour, leading him to doubt their relationship. At the same time, Viswanatham’s men try to keep Siva away, but Indu’s deceit triggers a violent fight. People begin to talk about Siva's bad luck. Will he fall into depression, or can fate change? As danger grows, is there still hope for love despite betrayal and heartbreak? The main characters must make a big decision as they confront the destructive forces around them. What will happen next?
