The movie begins with Musallapadu Nagabhushanam (played by Mukesh Rishi) getting ready for his daughter's wedding, but two guys, Ajay and Bharani, are out to get him. Luckily, he manages to escape their attack. Next, we move to Hyderabad, where Nandu (N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) is a cheerful student living with his parents (Tanikella Bharani and Pragathi). He develops a crush on Akarsha (Samantha Ruth Prabhu) and tries to get closer to her by using his neighbour Asha Jyothi (Vidyullekha Raman) to blackmail her. When that plan doesn't work, he starts bonding with Akarsha's grandmother, Baby Shalini (Rohini Hattangadi). Eventually, Akarsha begins to like him back. They all go to Akarsha's sister's wedding, which turns out to be Nagabhushanam's daughter. During the wedding, Nagabhushanam is attacked, and he asks Nandu for help to save himself. In a twist, Nandu ends up killing him and tells him to remember a girl named Ammulu from Adityapuram. Ramu and his brothers killed Nagabhushanam to draw out Bhikshapathi, who was hiding. To get revenge, Ramu plans to invite Bhikshapathi to a youth festival as a special guest using a girl named Hamsa Nandini. Bhikshapathi, attracted to her, agrees to come. At the event, he spots Ramu and tries to attack him with his gang, but Ramu escapes. Later, Ramu tells Bhikshapathi that he has kidnapped Umapathi and challenges him to meet at Adityapuram. Ramu reminds Bhikshapathi of Ammulu's death and kills him with a plough. Umapathi can't handle the shock and dies from a heart attack. The film wraps up with Nandu starting a trust in his mother's name in the village while Akarsha teaches the local kids.
