The movie of ""Rama Rama Krishna Krishna"" is set in Mumbai, where mafia leader Ashok Deva fights against his rival, Pawar. Deva’s life changes forever when Pawar's gang kills his beloved wife, Gauthami, on her birthday. With her last words, she asks him to leave his violent life and find peace. To honour her wishes, Deva moves to the peaceful village of Gandhipuram with his two sisters, Sirisha and Priya, and his loyal friend, Shiva. They hope to escape the violence, not knowing that Pawar thinks Deva is dead. In Gandhipuram, village leader Chakrapani has two sons, Anand and Ramakrishna. Anand, a medical student, loves Sirisha, while Ramakrishna stands up to troublemakers. As their love story develops, tension grows when Anand and Sirisha decide to go to Mumbai out of fear of their families. Ramakrishna, Shiva, and Priya hurry to bring them back, but danger is always nearby. When Ramakrishna learns about Deva's troubled past, he decides to help unite the couple despite the growing threats from Pawar. Ramakrishna along with Priya travels to Mumbai to bring his brother and Priya's sister back home. After great risks and fights, they bring them back to the village.
