





Shweta Varma plays the role of Sangeetha alias Raani. Sangeetha is a young girl born into a poor family. Though very poor, her father greatly values education and encourages Sangeetha to study well. He wants his daughter to study well and be a Collector. As per her father's wish, Sangeetha pursues higher education and aims to become a collector. In this process, she falls in love with a youngster named Shiva, played by Praveen Yandamuri. Sangeetha believes Shiva is a very good guy. But in reality, Shiva is a fraud who picks up girls and traps them. He takes advantage of the financial needs and weaknesses of village girls. Shiva traps them in love and later lures them into prostitution. Sangeetha finds the evil intentions of Shiva and, with the help of villagers, files a Police complaint on Shiva. Police Officer Vikram, played by Kishore Marisetty, puts Shiva behind bars as per Sangeetha's complaint. Shiva wants to take revenge on Sangeetha for pushing him behind bars. Once he is out of jail, Shiva gets Sangeetha injected with a drug by taking help from a Doctor and pushes Sangeetha into prostitution.
