Venu (Ravi Krishna) is a regular young man living in a normal neighbourhood. His world centres on his mother, sister, neighbours, and friends. He feels insecure and less confident because of a scar on his face. One day, Venu decides he wants to get plastic surgery to remove the scar. To get the money for the operation, Venu starts working extra jobs. However, as he focuses on the surgery, his personality changes. He becomes mean and distant, acting strangely towards his family and friends. This new, cold Venu surprises and upsets everyone who knows him. Gopika plays the love interest of Venu, as Kani. She tries to cope with him throughout his struggles. The rest of the movie is about what Venu learns as he tries to get a new face. It explores how his desire to change his appearance affects his relationships and his happiness. The way he understands himself and the people around him during this process is the crux of the film.
