O Pitta Katha is the story of Venky, a college-going girl kidnapped from Araku Valley, where she was on vacation. Veeraraju (Father) and Krish (Brother-in-law) filed a missing case. SI Ajay Kumar has taken charge of the case. Venky, who has just returned from China, stays with Venky and Veeraraju and falls in love with Venky. Krish confesses his love for Venky to Veeraraju, to which he denies it as his mother would never accept this relationship as they are not on talking terms. At the police station, Krish raises doubt about Prabhu, who works at Veeraraju’s Theatre and is also a driver of Venky. He has seen Prabhu misbehave with Venky several times. Ajay Kumar starts his investigation and catches Prabhu. Prabhu tells Police that he was at his friend's place and reveals his story. He was in love with Venky, which was the only reason he joined the Theatre to work and get closer to her, but she stopped him from doing so.Krish got a call from their mother saying his father was unwell, and he immediately had to return to China. Police objected but, after interrogation, gave him a green chit and let him go. Now, suspicion turned towards Prabhu again, and he revealed everything. As planned, Krish pretended to be love only to inherit the Theatre owned by Veeraraju and kill them both. Krish paid Prabhu to Venky. But Prabhu saved Venky, safeguarded her for three days, and got her back. Krish, who pretended to live in China, lives in Ooty and sells Chinese food.
