Jogendra is a ruthless moneylender. He faces a tragedy when he and his wife Radha lose their baby in a temple accident. To gain power, he kills the village headman (Sarpanch) in self-defence and blames a police officer for the crime. He uses the chaos from this event to beat MLA Choudappa in the elections. After he becomes MLA, Jogendra seeks more power and manipulates situations to benefit himself. When the Chief Minister does not give him a ministerial position, he frames Home Minister Subbarayudu by accusing him of poisoning the CM, which leads to Subbarayudu’s arrest. The CM offers Jogendra a minor minister role, but he insists on becoming the Home Minister instead. Catherene Thresa plays the role of a journalist, Devika Rani. She discovers that Jogendra is doing illegal things. She exposes his actions, which leads to his downfall. During a crisis, Jogendra saves Radha from an explosion caused by Shiva's brother. In return, Radha sacrifices herself to gain public support for him. Her tragic loss helps Jogendra win the election and become Chief Minister. This helps him get more power and strength through sympathy. Jogendra's next plans could change the entire course of the movie ""Nenu Raju Nene Mantri."" Can he break the law and escape punishment?
