Parimalam (Urvashi) is a young girl who likes to play tricks on people in her village. Her father is the leader of the village council. A man (K Bhagyaraj) comes to the village to be the new schoolteacher. He has a baby with him. Parimalam plays tricks on him, too. Parimalam falls in love with the teacher when she learns he is a widower. She tries to make him love her, but he doesn't. He thinks a stepmother will be mean to his child. Parimalam lies to her father and the village that the teacher slept with her. She knows the village will make him marry her. Bhagyaraj is forced to marry Urvashi. He is angry and tells her they will never sleep together. Parimalam tries hard to make him love her. Meanwhile, there is a teacher in the same school Bhagyaraj works. Her portions are also interesting. What happens next is told in a fascinating narrative. There are many witty dialogues in the movie. The writing is extraordinary, and there isn’t a dull moment in the film. Bhagyaraj and Urvashi do a tremendous job as the lead pair. The other actors in the film are Poornima Jayaram, Deepa, KK Soundar, Kovai Sarala, and Nalinikanth. All of them have contributed well to the success of the movie.
