Youngster Gautham, played by Bigg Boss Telugu winner Syed Sohail, is a famous tattoo artist. He lives alone after his parents died when he was young. Beautiful girl Mahi, played by Rupa Kodavayur, is very fond of Gautham. She has loved him since their college days. But Gautham ignores her. Once, Mahi approaches Gautham and proposes to him. Gautham is fully drunk and in a sloshed out condition at that time. She asks him to marry her. Gautham agrees, but he sets a condition that they should get married only if she agrees for them not to have children after marriage. However, Gautham says all this while in a drunken state. But Mahi is so serious about living with Gautham, that she even gets ready to undergo an operation not to have children after marriage, for fulfilling the condition from Gautham.
