This is the story of two friends Goutham and Kannan, right from their childhood. Bot are grown up and into successful careers. Goutham runs a restaurant while Kannan is a sales executive. Kannan is in love with Mahalaxmi. Goutham on the other hand has no interest in girls and love affairs. Kannan’s family members decide to get him married to a girl, Sandhya, from their relatives. Kannan, who is very scared about his father, requests Goutham’s help to inform Sandhya about his love with Maha. Surprisingly Sandhya responds positively, saying she too isn’t interested into marrying Kannan. She tells her wish is to marry someone open minded and daring, such as Goutham. This puts Goutham into a shock as well as confusion. Kannan’s marriage is dropped off with Sandhya. Goutham slowly starts developing feelings towards Sandhya. Goutham starts getting anonymous calls from a girl. Goutham thinks Sandhya is the one doing these calls. Gifts start showering now for Gowtham and he thinks it is Sandhya sending them again. Surprisingly, Sandhya comes one day to Goutham’s restaurant. She comes with Aravind and introduces him as her lover to Goutham. This gives him a big jolt. He gets saddened for missing out a girl like Sandhya. On the other hand, Maha’s father is not ready to get his daughter married to Kannan. Goutham, a love failure now has to intervene again.
