Missing movie is a mystery and suspense thriller; Gowtham (Harsha Narra) and Sruthi (Nikkesha) love eachother and get married. One night, a newly married couple drove back to their home. Suddenly, they meet in an accident while travelling in a car, and Sruthi goes missing. Gowtham, who was injured badly, was admitted to the hospital. A couple of days after the incident, Gowtham gains consciousness and comes to know that his wife, Shruti, has gone missing. After recovering, he comes out and recognizes five people who chased them. Before he finds them, someone murders four of them. Gowtham starts searching for Shruti. His friends and the journalist Meena also helped him with the process. Goutham still has doubts about the mysterious way of the car accident and restlessly tries to trace out his wife's whereabouts. The story takes unexpected twists and also creates curiosity about how the road accident lands the lives of a couple in trouble. ACP Tyagi (Ram Dutt), who is trying to solve the mystery of this missing case, gets confused as there are no clues to find Shruti. Meen also puts all her efforts into finding her. Meanwhile, an interesting point about Gowtham is revealed. Is there any plan behind Gowtham's car accident? Who murdered four suspects involved in the car accident?
