Malli Pelli is a comedy drama entertainer starring Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh. Narendra (Naresh) who is a popular actor and a rich man marries twice and his third marriage gets into trouble when he realise that his third wife Sowmya Sethupathi (Vanitha Vijaykumar) married him only for money. Then Narendra seeks some peace of mind at this age. A popular Kannada actress Parvathi (Pavitra Lokesh) who works with him in Telugu film enters his life and get close during the film shoot. His personal life problems made him attract to his co-star. Very soon Narendra considers that Parvathi is his soulmate. But he does not think about her after knowing that she is living a happy life with her husband and two kids. Surprisingly, Narendra receives a message at late night from Parvathi about her personal life issues. This changed their lives forever.
