He is posted to a constituency where the influential and wealthy politician Dharma (Sai Kumar) is campaigning to become an MLA. Dharma is a man who believes money can buy any victory. He sets aside ₹100 crore to secure his seat by offering ₹5,000 per vote. Arjun is annoyed by the arrogance and lack of social responsibility by Dharma as a politician. Arjun’s mission is to secure the integrity of the democratic process by exposing Dharma’s illegal tactics. Dharma makes life difficult for Arjun by posing many challenges along his mission.
