The movie starts with two sad events: a schoolgirl drowning in a river in 2005 and another schoolgirl getting badly hurt in a car accident in 2021, with doctors saying she won't survive. Then, the story goes back to 2020. A woman named Kokila (Dhivya Duraisamy) is found unconscious, and her husband, Eeshwaran (Jai), takes her to the hospital. Doctors say she died from taking too many sleeping pills. Kokila's uncle, played by Bharathiraja, who is a police officer, thinks it was murder. He finds out that Eeshwaran and Kokila have been fighting, and Eeshwaran hits her. There are rumours that Eeshwaran is having an affair with his niece, Priya (Smruthi Venkat), and they spent a night together at a hotel. Priya seems to be hiding something from her uncle and burns some medical papers. He witnesses her doing it. He concludes that Eeshwaran and Priya killed Kokila and that Eeshwaran married Kokila only for her money. He shows the evidence to Kokila's parents, and her mother files a police report. The film continues with more twists and turns. The other actors are Aruldoss, Madurai Muthu, and Kasi Viswanathan. Kuttram Kuttrame is a thriller to watch with family.
