Killer is a 1992 Telugu action thriller directed by Fazil. The film tells the tale of Eeshwar (Nagarjuna), who is orphaned at birth. He is raised by a Mary. But due to financial struggles, Mary eventually sends him to an orphanage. This affects his life profoundly. Eeshwar's struggles in the orphanage harden him and transform him into a resilient person who is not afraid to take risks to earn a living. His path soon leads him into conflict with a police officer and, subsequently, with the henchmen of a powerful antagonist, Bhupati Raja (Vijayakumar). Recognizing Eeswar's capabilities, Bhupati Raja offers him money to kill two people living in Hyderabad - Malavika (Sharadha) and Sneha (baby Shamili), within 15-day deadline. Before going out on the mission, Eeswar visits Mary and offers her money for her medical treatment. Mary cautions him against any illicit activities. Upon reaching Hyderabad, Eeswar gets straight to the plan but his initial attempts to kill Malavika and Sneha fail. Determined to succeed, he takes up a false identiy as Prem and befriends Priya (Nagma), who is connected to Malavika's family. Hereon, the film's plot thickens, Bhupati Raja's sinister plans escalate, and Eeswar finds himself entangled in a web of deceit. Taking the drama a notch higher, Eeswar finds out that he is related to Malavika and Sneha. This discovery leads to a dramatic shift in his mission. He starts fighting Bhupati Raja to protect his newfound family and expose Bhupati Raja.
