Kathanam is a 2019 Telugu-language action thriller that ventures into a unique and chilling premise where fiction frighteningly mirrors reality. The film revolves around Anu (played by Anasuya Bharadwaj), an aspiring and talented film director who wants to make her mark in the Telugu film industry. Anu and ACP Randhir must work quickly to solve the mystery of these unexplainable incidents, face a secret, and prevent the murderous story from coming to a head in Kathanam, which plays out like a thrilling game of cat and mouse.
