John Vaseegaran (Vaseegaran) is a wealthy young man in India, but he's unhappy because his parents didn't show him love. He's also a thief. His business rival is Pratap, who used to be rivals with Vasee's parents. At his parents' funeral, Vasee steals a diamond ring from a woman. Vasee becomes the head of many companies but still craves affection. His doctor tells him to find love. Vasee dreams of a loving woman he calls Cinderella. Vidhya (Priyamani) works in Pratap's mall and sees Vasee steal a crystal. Later, at a diamond show where Vidhya is in charge of a valuable diamond, she sees Vasee and becomes suspicious. Vasee steals the diamond. Vidhya is questioned by the police, who don't believe her when she says Vasee is the thief because he's rich. However, Pratap believes her because he remembers Vasee stealing the ring at the funeral and even a bracelet from him once. Pratap helps Vidhya get a job as Vasee's secretary. Vasee is attracted to her and sees her as his Cinderella, but she doesn't like him. From here, the story takes a turn. The film is engaging and interesting in parts. The songs and music are fantastic. The screenplay is okay. The actors have done a decent job. The suspense is maintained till the end. Overall, Kangalal Kaidhu Sei is a decent thriller to watch with your family.
