





The film starts with a scary scene. A doctor, Ashwin (Naan Saravanan), leaves his pregnant wife, Aruljothi (Sheela Rajkumar), alone at night. When she is alone, a person in a raincoat comes to their house. The person knocks Aruljothi out. They perform a C-section and take her baby out. She remains bleeding and the baby is taken away. The neighbour, Janaki (Krisha Kurup), finds Aruljothi in a mess. She panics and calls her husband, Shakthi (Vetri), a police officer. The story has an interesting beginning. A criminal steals a baby from a mother in a unique manner. Shakthi starts to investigate the case. His friend, Muthu (Ilango Kumaravel), a writer, helps him. The story follows Shakthi as he talks to suspects. Each suspect leads him to another. But Shakthi listen keenly to everything people say. The movie tries to trick the viewers with fake clues. The acting is also suspicious. What happens next is the crux of the movie. Why does the criminal take away the baby? Did Shakthi find the criminal? Watch Jothi to know the answers. The music tries to make the movie seem mysterious. After a long fight scene, the film has a small surprise at the end. Vetri has delivered a decent performance. All the other actors have done a convincing job. The movie starts with a good idea. Jothi is a decent thriller to watch with family.
