Josh is an action drama set in Hyderabad. It follows Satya, a student who left his studies in Vizag to find a job. He lives with his uncle and soon gets into trouble with students from MGM College, who support a powerful figure named Durga Rao. Despite trying to change their behaviour, Satya faces strong opposition, leading to a fight that sends him to the hospital. While recovering, Satya thinks about his past where he excels as a student. Ignoring his principal’s warnings and led his innocent friend Bujji into trouble. A bike race so tragic results in Bujji’s death, which changes everything for Satya. Now, he must face the consequences of his actions. Satya returns to college with a new goal: to help troubled students escape Durga Rao's negative influence. Along the way, he meets Vidhya, a college student and an elementary school teacher. Their growing romance inspires Satya, but Vidhya's brother disapproves of the college crowd and sees them as a threat. As Satya works to change the harmful environment around him. Will he be able to win over the students? Can he protect Vidhya from the fears instilled by her brother? Will he confront Durga Rao to stop the fear and manipulation that control the students? The tension rises as Satya starts his journey to find redemption.
