Itly – Inba Twinkle Lilly begins with three older women, Inba (Saranya Ponvannan), Twinkle (Kovai Sarala), and Lilly (Kalpana), and Twinkle's boyfriend, China (Manobala), making a plan to rob a bank. The story then tells us that Inba's granddaughter, Ashmitha, needs an operation that costs 600,000 rupees. The women gather their money and take it to the bank. However, their money gets stolen during another bank robbery that happens at the same time. The bank manager (Chitra Lakshmanan) doesn't care and refuses to help them get their money back. Up to this point, the movie talks about the problems. There are smaller stories in the movie: the police officers (Imman Annachi and Devadarshini), a terrorist (Mansoor Ali Khan) who tries to take advantage of the situation, some funny people being held hostage (including Vennira Aadai Moorthy), and the news media that make things seem exciting. The other actors in the film are Anu Krishna, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Chitra Lakshmanan. Overall, Itly – Inba Twinkle Lilly is a comedy movie you can enjoy with your family.
