Vijay (Vijay) runs a big shipping company. He lives with his father, two brothers, their wives and kids, and his unmarried sister, Pooja (Banupriya). Vijay goes to Switzerland to make a business deal with Nagaraj (Nizhalgal Ravi) and Shekar (Raghuvaran). While there, he meets Meenakshi (Meenu) (Rambha), Nagaraj's sister, and they fall in love. Nagaraj likes Vijay but says that Vijay must live with them after the marriage because he thinks India is not a good place. Vijay refuses this and goes back to India. However, Shekar and Meenu later come to India to fix things. Shekar finds out that Nagaraj left Pooja. Shekar tries to stop Nagaraj from attending the wedding, but then he tells Pooja the truth about Vijay's plans. Vijay overhears this and gets angry. But Shekar solves everything by deciding to marry Pooja himself. Pooja agrees, and everyone is happy. Finally, Vijay sees his sister happy and decides not to hurt Nagaraj.
