Balu (Munna) is a cheerful schoolboy in the small village of Bucchinaidu Kandriga, Chittoor district. He falls in love with Swapna (Drishika Chander), a kind-hearted girl from a different caste. Their childhood friendship turns into deep love, but Swapna’s strict, casteist father, Veeraswamy (Ravi Varma), strongly opposes their relationship. Encouraged by their friends, Balu and Swapna elope to escape her father and start a new life together. They face many hardships, hiding from their families and struggling to survive. Veeraswamy, furious at what they did, hunts them down, seeking retribution for what he sees as a dishonour. As the couple tries to build a peaceful life, they encounter betrayal and danger. A shocking turn shows the difficult truth about how people are separated by caste and how important family honour is to some. Balu and Swapna try hard to keep their love safe, but Veeraswamy keeps making things difficult for them. The story shows how they fight against what society expects, the sadness of being apart, and what happens when old traditions are considered more important than love. The movie Bucchinaidu Kandriga ends with a sad but important lesson about love and giving up things for others in a world where people are divided.
