In this amusing story of "Boss", SRK is a tough contractor who uses aggressive methods to grow his business. His main competitor, Gopala Krishna (GK), leads GK Constructions and holds significant power in both business and the underworld. After interviewing many MBA graduates for a personal secretary, GK is not satisfied until he meets Anuradha (Anu). She stands out with her determination and impresses him. Anu goes on a business trip to Malaysia, which helps her grow close to GK. She begins to have feelings for him. However, a misunderstanding causes Anu to resign from her job. GK then hires Sruthi, not knowing she is secretly working for SRK. Sruthi faces her own problems, including her father’s wrongful imprisonment. She gets caught up in a dangerous game involving SRK.
