In the story of “Bangaru Bullodu”, a terrorist named Nana kidnaps schoolchildren and demands the release of his brother, Chinna. When law enforcement officer DIG Benerjee steps in, Chinna dies. Nana promises to take revenge on Benerjee’s family. The story of "Bangaru Bullodu" then shifts to the village of Pudipalli, where Balakrishna, also known as Balaiah, resides with his mother. He has a conflict with his uncle, Ramadasu, and finds himself torn between Ramadasu's daughter, Rani, and the arrival of beautiful Priya, who quickly wins his heart.
