"Arjun Reddy" gained blockbuster success as a romantic Telugu language drama film which premiered first in India. A house surgeon becomes successful in his studies despite facing challenges with anger management. When Arjun encounters Preethi Shetty, the new student, during his college years, his life takes a new direction as he develops romantic feelings toward her. At the beginning of their interaction, Preethi feels uncomfortable because of Arjun's possessiveness, but their relationship deepens with time. Arjun decides to enrol in Mussoorie for orthopaedic surgery studies after finishing his education. The bond grows even stronger between them.
