





Sakthi (Sarathkumar) and his friend Thangamani (Goundamani) are taxi drivers in Mumbai. They have fun together. Sakthi often fights local thugs who try to force the Tamil people out of their neighbourhood. Karpagavalli (Srividya), wife of an influential person, is in trouble. She and her three relatives, including Uma (Sivaranjani), are being held prisoners by a cruel man named Duraipandi (Raghuvaran) in his mansion. Meanwhile, the police try to force the Tamil community to leave their homes, but they refuse. Then, some police officers, influenced by a ruthless man named Amara Settu, kidnap and assault young Tamil girls. Sakthi becomes furious and kills all the police officers and Amara Settu who were causing trouble between the Tamil and Hindi communities. The Tamil people see Sakthi as a hero and urge him to run away instead of surrendering to the police. To know what happens next, watch the film.
