Satyaraj plays the role of Captain Arjun, an Indian Airlines pilot. His speciality is that he flies only the Government planes. Daughter of a Central Minister goes with friends on a trip and gets kidnapped at the borders of Pakistan. Captain Arjun is assigned the responsibility to bring back his daughter safely. Arjun takes up the mission and goes flying a helicopter and returns back successfully bringing the Minister’s daughter home. But all this is a conspiracy set up by the Minister to assassinate the Prime Minister. The girls along with the daughter are the terrorists in disguise. Passport of a girl is found in the helicopter and Arjun gets arrested, on the crime of transporting terrorists in the helicopter he was flying. Arjun’s mother and sister goes to lots of torture and humiliation because of this. Cases are filed on Arjun and sent to jail. Arjun completes two years of imprisonment and gets released from the jail. His sister goes missing at the time of his arrest. Arjun finds his sister on the streets of Delhi, while he was chasing one of the goons of the Central Minister, who was behind the conspiracy. He comes to know about death of his mother. Angry Arjun decides to expose the Central Minister red handed in public and starts working towards that by joining hands with IG of Police, Jai Shankar. Minister in attempts to control Arjun and takes his sister and his love Meenu as hostages. Arjun attacks the Minister and his goons fiercely and kills them all.
