Siddu Jonnalagadda plays the lead role of DJ Tillu in the 2022 released film, ‘DJ Tillu’. Though his parents named him Bala Gangadhara Tilak, he shortened it to Tillu and runs DJing in small-time functions, events and parties in his surrounding areas. Everyone around calls him DJ Tillu. Tillu is a bright and talkative person. His dream is to be a famous music director. Tillu comes across a lady singer, Radhika, played by Neha Sharma, singing at a pub. Tillu falls for her, and Radhika also starts liking Tillu. Radhika is amazed by the way Tillu talks and his energy levels. Tillu is invited by Radhika to her flat once. It is Tillu’s birthday, but he still goes to her flat. Once he enters the flat, he sees a dead body in her flat. Radhika says he is her ex-lover, and she pushed him during a struggle, and he died accidentally. She persuades Tillu to make the corpse disappear. A series of events take place, leaving witnesses all around the apartment and places they travel around with the dead body. Characters come and go, witnessing all this and later blackmailing Tillu and Radhika with the corpse. Tillu gets trapped in the murder case, while Radhika disappears. Police and a don are in search of Tillu from both sides. What happens to Tillu now? Can he escape from the trap and prove innocent?
