Sebastian is selected for the post of Police Constable and is posted in Madanapalle of Chittor district in Andhra Pradesh. Sebastian is incredibly fond of his mother, who has passed away. She asks him never to let anyone know about his disability of night blindness and to safeguard his police constable job carefully. A series of incidents in his trials to hide his disability by Sebastian presents a laughter ride to the audience. Sebastian faces minor issues while doing his constable job and hiding his disability, but he overcomes most of them by acting wise. He once fails to save a housewife, Neelima, in danger, and it results in her murder. Sebastian is given the duty of guarding the house to protect pieces of evidence where Neelima got murdered. But a few unknown suspects take advantage of Sebastian’s disability of night blindness and destroy the evidence. This incident results in Sebastian being suspended from his duties.
