Odela Railway Station is a movie based on the story narrated by IPS Anudeep about one of the first and most challenging murder mystery cases he solved. The story starts in Odela, where Anudeep gets his transfer and shares the news with his girlfriend. On the first day of his job, he gets a case of Rape and Murder of a girl who was married a day before the incident. The girl's body gets found on the farm. Investigation starts, and they arrest a guy whom the victim's Family suspected. The police do everything for Guy to accept the murder, but Anudeep lets him go as the murderer is right-handed and Guy is left-handed. Just in a day gap, another murder happens in a similar pattern, and Anudeep is confused as there is no hint left of the murder. While discussing his situation with Spoorthy, she suggests that the murderer must have left some hints, and he should look for it carefully. After visiting the murder site, he found a phone. He found a video where the murdered voice could be heard while murdering, and he started investigating the case based on that. Before Anudeep can find the Culprit, the Sarpanch of the village announces his daughter's wedding with the confidence that nothing will go wrong. But to his surprise, even after police protection, she gets killed, and Anudeep is so pissed off. Now, Spoorthy wants to take a risk, get married, and catch the murderer. They perform the wedding, and she is safe until night and disappears in the morning. The maid in the house calls him and tells him she knows who the murderer is. She also starts looking for them. She gets to know that Tirupathy, her husband, was the one behind all the murders, and he blame her for his character change. Spoorthy gets saved, and Anudeep is praised for his work.
