Mee Lo Evaru Koteshwarudu movie starts when a rich person is trying to sleep in a park as he has lost everything after producing films. Suddenly, a newspaper boy offers him the newspaper and says give him an idea and earn one crore; he immediately buys the newspaper. Simultaneously, a wealthy dad's daughter, Priya, is seen partying and having fun with friends in a drunk state. She meets with an accident, but a gentleman helps her. The next day, her friends forced her to know who that guy was and must have misbehaved when she was unconscious—Prashanth, who helped her, made a video of how he dropped her. Priya falls in love with him and tries proposing, but he says no. Priya flirts with Prashanth’s friend and tries to meet him often. She made a deal that if he didn’t fall in love in a week, she would move on and visit him. Priya spent those seven days happily with the family and came to say bye to Prasanth as he didn’t show any interest. When she was about to leave, he proposed to her, and they both went to Priya’s house to talk to her dad. Priya’s dad humiliated him and said no; Prashanth challenged him to start a business and face a loss to know the real pain. He thought a lot and planned to invest in a company with significant losses; he published an ad in the newspaper and produced a film to lose money. Unfortunately, the movie became a hit, and he loved the story. After watching the movie, he calls Prashanth, apologizes for his behaviour, and marries his daughter. Prashanth gave the story for the movie to convince his Father-in-law, which was revealed in the end.
