Tollywood sensational director Puri Jagannath's younger brother Sairam Shankar plays the lead role as Sai in the movie "Bumper Offer". The film revolves around Sai, a young man who has finished his education. He struggles with his mother, Ramanamma, who wants him to take on responsibilities like getting married. His father, Rao, works as a clerk for Surya Prakash, a powerful real estate developer. Sai meets the young, beautiful and egoistic girl Aiswarya, who is the daughter of Surya Prakash. She accidentally injures Sai. This event leads to a surprising romance between them. As their love grows, tensions rise with Surya Prakash, who strongly opposes their relationship. Surya Prakash gets into a furious argument with Aishwarya and threatens to harm Sai, if she doesn't give up loving him. Aishwarya is not scared with her father's threats, but instead warns him back saying she would give her life if he attemots to harm Sai. Surya Prakash faces pressure from his family and society. He offers Sai a deal: if Sai marries Aiswarya, he can earn a share of his assets. Sai refuses and decides to undermine Surya Prakash instead, aiming to bring him down to their level. The situations start getting intense as the tiffs in between Sai and Surya Prakash doesn't come to and end. Sai needs to come up with a brilliant plan to turn things around. During this time, Sai's relationship with Aiswarya grows stronger, but they face many challenges. Mallikarjun's arrival adds complexity, as he can both help and hinder Sai's goals. In the end, it will be revealed if Sai can outsmart Surya Prakash and secure his future with Aiswarya.
