In a quiet seaside village, Basheer (Tovino Thomas), a young writer recovering from a recent breakup, rents a lonely old mansion called Bhargavi Nilayam. He hopes to find peace there and focus on his writing. People say the mansion is haunted by the ghost of Bhargavi (Rima Kallingal), a woman who took her own life after her lover, Sasikumar (Roshan Mathew), betrayed her. Basheer isn't scared by the villagers' spooky stories. He moves in, carrying a kerosene lamp to get around the dusty, eerie house. As he settles in, strange noises and visions begin to occur. Instead of being scared, he becomes curious. While cleaning, Basheer finds a box containing Bhargavi’s photo, a love letter, and an old newspaper article about a mysterious death. He starts penning a sad love story. He could feel her presence. The villagers, including a restaurant owner (Shine Tom Chacko), warn him about the ghost. But Basheer grows more fascinated, having one-sided conversations with Bhargavi’s spirit. His investigation deepens, revealing hidden truths about her death, suggesting it wasn't a simple suicide. Who is behind Bhargavi’s death? Does her spirit get justice? To know the answers in an interesting script, watch Bhargavi Nilayam. The film is a treat for horror movie lovers.
