Vasantha finds her husband dead. A killer wearing a mask tries to kill her, too, but she gets away. Vasantha is very shocked and can't speak or move properly because of it. The police start an investigation. Susi (Kanchana), a college student, comes to Vasantha's house for a vacation with her friends. Also living there are Vasantha's younger brothers-in-law, Kamalanathan and Vimalanathan, her sister-in-law, Vasantha, a butler named Appukutty Nair, and a doctor who visits Vedamurthy regularly. While Susi is there, people in the house start getting murdered. Each time, the killer leaves a smoked cigar butt behind on purpose. Since Vasantha saw her husband's killer, her life is in danger. Even with security, the killer murders her. Then, the killer starts calling Susi and threatening that she will be next. Susi is scared and frustrated by everything happening in the house and the threatening calls. She asks her friend Baskar (Ravichandran) for help, and he agrees. Baskar starts looking into Vimalanathan, Kamalanathan, and the other people in the house. As part of his investigation, Baskar asks everyone to leave the house for a night to try and catch the killer. As planned, the killer enters Susi's room to attack her. Baskar tries to take off the killer's mask and sees his eyes before the killer escapes, leaving the mask behind. Baskar chases the killer one more time but loses him. No one knows why the murders are happening. To know how Baskar finds the killer, watch the film. Adhey Kangal is an excellent suspense thriller you can enjoy with your family.
