Paramaguru (Ajith Kumar) is an excellent police officer who fights against the evil doers in society. Later, he pretends to be a thief so he can secretly join the criminal world. The criminals are shocked when they find out that Paramaguru is actually a high-ranking police officer (ACP) who is trying to catch them. So, all the bad guys team up to fight him. This leads to a very exciting battle between the good guys and the bad guys. Paramaguru gets help in his fight against injustice from a woman named Divya (Meera Jasmine), who falls in love with him. The film is about how Paramaguru fights the villains and secures peace and harmony in the city. Raghuvaran plays the father of Ajith Kumar.
