Dhoolpet celebrates Ayudha Pooja, and the police station gets alerted after news of a new ACP’s arrival. And a mysterious stranger with a gun checks into a lodge, while Constable Maasani gets intuitions on murders about to happen on the same night, the very next morning in the town, two young boys are found near a temple holding a head, which creates tension around Dhoolpet.

Chandra proudly surrenders her sons at the Dhoolpet Police Station for avenging their father’s death, creating tension when two politicians intervene. Soon after, a burnt head was found in the dump yard and that led the police dog straight to the lodge of the mysterious stranger. During interrogation, the officers discover that he is actually their newly appointed ACP Vetrimaaran. As he takes charge, a woman’s severed head unexpectedly falls from a fish laden tricycle after an accident, adding horror around the town. Vetrimaaran heads to the forensic lab and examines all three recovered heads.

A haunting past resurfaces as Vettrimaran confronts old scars, while a single piece of jewellery drags Sukumar into a mystery that reveals a missing girl’s terrifying truth.

ACP Maran interrogates Sukumar. Evidence is found both at Sukumar’s workplace and at his house. Maasani’s intuition says Sukumar is innocent, yet the forensic intelligence begins to suspect him.

Maadhangi, the lawyer who takes up Sukumar’s case, challenges Maran, saying she will confront him in court. ACP Arjun joins ACP Maran in handling the three murder cases.

As the case grows more complex, the two ACPs decide to divide and conquer. Vettrimaran takes on two of the murder cases. At the same time, Arjun begins investigating the third, pushing the investigation into its most crucial phase.

Maran shifts into the first floor of Maadhangi’s house, while Arjun begins his investigation with Ratnam’s family. But as Arjun digs deeper, Priya quietly starts following him, adding a new layer of tension to the case.

Upset with Arjun’s way of handling the case, Maasani decides to walk away. But when Arjun reveals the deeper truths, Maasani’s frustration turns into respect, and admiration.

Maran smartly turns Maadhangi’s harassment against him, forcing him to vacate the house. Meanwhile, Arjun digs into Ratnam’s second wife, Kanchana, only to stumble upon an unexpected twist that changes the course of the investigation.

Maran is stunned to realise that Maadhangi is actually his childhood friend. At the same time, Priya warns Arjun about a looming danger, while Maasani begins experiencing unsettling visions that seem deeply tied to the case.

On the way to court, Inba & Sekar escapes a murder attempt by three mysterious men, only because Maran steps in just in time. As the tension rises, Sukumar slips out of Arjun’s custody and disappears. With pressure mounting, the Commissioner gives Maran and Arjun a strict 3 day deadline to crack the case.

Arjun shuts down Periyathambi’s attempts to manipulate the evidence, while Maran becomes determined to protect the absconding Sukumar. As tensions rise, the investigation shifts sharply toward Kanchana.

As the investigation unfolds, Kanchana opens up to Arjun with shocking truths. Meanwhile, Sukumar makes a deadly decision to eliminate his friend Suruli, and Maasani reveals to Arjun that she comes from the hills, adding a new layer to the mystery.

When Sukumar comes to kill him, Suruli turns the tables and escapes. An unconscious Sukumar is rushed to the hospital by Maran and Maadhangi. Meanwhile, Arjun’s interrogation of Kulfi Ramesh finally exposes the real killer.
