Thangaraj is a writer at a police station. He has been on a mission to unionise the police department, which has proven to be an impossible task in a corrupt system. At the fag end of his service, he's unwittingly made complicit in a case victimising a PhD student. His guilt and regret looming large, will he be able to save the young man who has been framed for a crime he did not commit?
