The story of Web follows Abi (Shilpa Manjunath) and her three friends, who are young software professionals. They live a carefree life filled with late-night parties and substance use. Their lives change when they meet with a road accident after a night of heavy drinking. The girls wake up to find themselves chained and imprisoned in a dirty, abandoned bungalow. They are horrified to discover a fifth girl already there, who has clearly been tortured for a long time. Their captor is a man named Veera (Natty Subramaniam), who watches their every move through CCTV cameras. Whenever the girls try to escape, Veera and his female assistant punish them brutally. As the days pass, the tension turns into pure terror when one of the girls is killed in front of the others. The truth behind the kidnapping is revealed in a flashback. Veera lost his sister in a tragic accident caused by someone else's careless driving. He is consumed by grief and decides to target young people who live irresponsibly.
