Anitha comes from a rich family that owns hotels. Her boyfriend, Mahesh, works as an insurance agent and is careful with money. At first, Anitha?s family does not like Mahesh because he spends cautiously. However, her grandfather calms them down by saying that Anitha and Mahesh have a similar background. During the pandemic, the couple has a simple wedding with their families present. One day, Anitha?s family gets a flat tire and ends up at Mahesh's house. This creates some awkward tension because Mahesh is not used to having guests. During the Deepavali festival, Mahesh shares how he met Anitha: they came together after a serious car accident that changed their lives. Their friendship grew when Anitha donated blood to help Mahesh and later taught him English. Mahesh tries to drive Anitha's family home in a standby ambulance. He likes to drive fast, which leads to an accident that leaves everyone shaken. Anitha's father, Radhakrishna, looks into Mahesh's background and learns about the tough times Mahesh had growing up without parents. This makes Radhakrishna question whether Mahesh is the right choice for Anitha. In the movie ?Vivaha Bhojanmbu? tragedy strikes when Anitha?s family needs money for an important surgery for which Mahesh helps out. Radhakrishna has doubts about Mahesh. Can he accept the love Mahesh offers? When the lockdown ends, what will happen to their complicated family relationships?
