Sarathkumar, plays the role of Rajendra, who is a big businessman. His wife is Jayasudha (Sudha). They have three sons. Vijay (Vijay), Jai played by Srikanth, and Ajay played by ‘Kick’ Shyam. They deal in big mining contracts. Jayaprakash, played by Prakash Raj competes with Rajendra in business. Along with Rajendra, Srikanth and Shyam look after the business affairs. Rajendra is thinking about declaring an heir and handing over the business to someone. But when Vijay says that his father does not want him to continue in the business, Rajendra asks him to leave home. After that, he starts a startup company of his own. On the other hand, Jayaprakash (Prakash Raj) conspires to win Rajendra contracts. But when he fails, he uses Srikanth (Jai) and Shyam (Ajay) as pawns and damages their family.
