American Dream is a thriller drama film. America is always been a dream destination for most of the Indian youth. This film is the journey of such a youngster, Rahul, played by young hero Prince Cecilo. Rahul is a middle-class boy with colourful dreams of settling in America, earning loads of money, and leading a luxurious life. With great difficulty, his father arranges money for him to travel to America and start trials of finding a job there. Rahul fails in numerous trials to find a job for him. Rahul understands the harsh reality that it is not as easy as he thought about the American dream. With no job in hand, he gets ready to take up any offer that shows up in his way to earn money. He finally gets an opportunity to do a part-time dirty job and readily accepts that. Rahul realises his life journey is not going as he had thought. He then meets a girl, Rhea Varma, played by Neha Krishna. Rhea is a doctor by profession and a wealthy lady earning well. They both get into a live-in relationship without a place for any emotions between them. His life goes on fine with Rhea, but Rahul’s dream of bagging a job in America remains unfulfilled. Rahul is stressed out because of the situation and, at the same time, meets with an accident and ends up killing a person. His life takes an unexpected turn after getting into the murder case.
