Priya (Anasuya Bharadwaj)is a pregnant widow. She struggles after her husband Surya’s death in a factory accident. She lives with her aunt and works as a tailor. She faces financial strain. Abhi (Viraj Ashwin), a rich, reckless young man, parties hard, ignores his mother, and clashes with her new partner, Dr. Prem. One day, Priya visits an apartment to collect compensation from Surya’s company, while Abhi heads there after a fight with his mother. They meet in an elevator, but it breaks down, trapping them.
